About

A working farm and a village

Hacienda Chinampas is the stay: three villas on twenty acres of coffee and fruit in Chinampas. The village work is a different door.

This is a working organic farm in Costa Rica’s Nicoya Blue Zone. Josué and the team keep the villas, the trails and the plantation. Guests come for the ridge, the pool, the cup, and the quiet.

Chinampas is the place. Sámara is fifteen minutes when you want sand. The farm is not a set for a beach holiday — it is the reason the villas sit here.

The village works — water, classrooms, the longer arc — live with Foundation Latin America. One stay, one farm, one foundation. Different sites, same hillside.
